For Job Seekers
1. How do I create an account?
Click the Apply button in the header, fill in your personal details, education, job preferences, and guarantors. Upload your CV and other documents. Then set your login email and password and submit.
2. How do I find jobs?
Visit the Jobs page. Use the search bar to filter by keyword, location, or job type. Browse all open positions and click "Apply" on the ones you like.
3. How do I apply for a job?
Log in to your account, go to a job listing, and click Apply. Your profile and documents will be shared with the employer automatically. You'll see the application in your dashboard.
4. How do I track my applications?
Go to your Dashboard. Under "My Applications" you'll see every job you've applied to and its current status (Pending, Reviewed, Shortlisted, Hired, or Rejected).
5. Can I cancel an application?
Yes. In your Dashboard, any application with "Pending" status can be cancelled by clicking the Cancel button next to it.
For Employers
1. How do I register my company?
Hover over Employer in the header and click Register Company. Provide your company name, industry, business license number, and contact details. Your account will be reviewed by our admin team.
2. How long does verification take?
Verification typically takes 24–48 hours. You'll be notified once approved. Until then, you can log in but cannot post jobs.
3. Do I need a subscription to post jobs?
Yes. After verification, choose a plan (Starter, Business, or Enterprise) from your dashboard. Once admin approves your payment, you can start posting jobs.
4. How do I post a job?
From your employer dashboard, click Post New Job. Fill in the title, description, requirements, location, salary, and job type. Your job becomes visible to all job seekers immediately.
5. How do I review applicants?
Go to your dashboard and click View Applicants under any of your job posts. You'll see each applicant's full profile, attachments, and can update their status.

Is Jobs Here free to use?
Registration and applying for jobs is completely free for job seekers. Employers pay a monthly subscription to post jobs.
What documents should I upload?
We recommend uploading your CV, cover letter, national ID, academic certificates, and a passport photo. You can add more anytime from your profile page.
How do I reset my password?
